2014年開館。本蔵を結城の新たな芸術文化を創造・情報発信する場に、袖蔵を結城の歴史的・文化的資料の収蔵・公開の場として活用。2Fに展示された「御手杵の槍」は日本３大名槍として名高く「刀剣乱舞」にも登場。入場無料。 Opened in 2014.
