Lying adjacent to the Thames, this Local Nature Reserve has a mixture of habitats that range from woodland to wetland and contains a diverse number of plants and animals. There are wildflowers that attract bees and butterflies and the reserve is teaming with bird life. The Ham Lands are very popular with horse riders, dog walkers and nature lovers. There is an off-road BMX track nestled in the corner towards Teddington Lock.
