Take a bike ride to Lakefield and have an ice cream by the waterfront! From the home, the majority of the ride is along scenic bike path. It's about 13.7 km each way and makes for a lovely afternoon on a sunny day!

Incredible fritters! Get there early so they aren't sold out. Delicious baked goods and Kawartha Dairy ice cream. Some cute décor and kids items for sale too. Get an ice cream and take a walk along the path by Katchewanooka Lake.
