Delicious local microbrewery around the corner with 1L take-away bottles or cans. Every beer we've had from here is extremely tasty. Yes, you can crack it open on Prince Arthur, but technically you should be at a picnic table with some food (Arepera or Cafe Mezcal across the street would be our picks).
