You probably will meet some other travelers, that you can share some stories or ask for some travelling tips? The restaurant is the ideal place to meet both other travelers and the locals. The menu is simple and tasty and they are not fancy or formal, so you won‘t be getting confused over what silverware to use! Backpackers have sample of the local brew and good selection of Icelandic beers. On weekdays they serve a daily special, for example, fish, lasagna, or pasta and on weekends they serve delicious BRUNCH with fried egg, sausages, bacon, potato wedges and pancakes.
