Standing Indian Mountain via Deep Gap is a 5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Franklin, North Carolina that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as difficult. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Great day trip spring through fall. Good place to hike and have a picnic. Gravel road that offers spectacular views in the fall.
