Intelligentsia is a home-grown chain that is cropping up all over the country. Each franchise is as unique as its location; i.e., no corporate cookie-cutter. Our little Intelligentsia has a northern Italian moderno vibe -- so be prepared for hard, tiny chairs. 6:30am-8pm / Monday-Friday 7am-8pm / Saturday-Sunday

You know you're getting great coffee cocktails when they're made in hyper modern Intelligentsia. Chicago is proud home to the nationally distributed coffee brand where baristas look like scientists and coffee is treated like a delicacy.

Local coffee roaster. They take their craft very seriously. Nordic vibe (?) to the cafe, easy to hang out all day.
