In Beacon, we’re lucky enough to have a local wine shop owned by a professor of oenology at the nearby Culinary Institute of America, one of the world’s most prestigious cooking schools. They have a great selection, and frequently offer tastings on weekends. Drop by the shop to see what’s on the schedule while you’re in town.
