Perfectly preserved, enjoy tours during the day or walk the streets by lamplight.

See where Lincoln lived :) Go early to get a free tour ticket for a time that works for you later in the day, they may run out otherwise

It’s a National Historic Landmark – if you own the National Parks Passport book – take your book and get your stamp. The tour is free – the grounds are nice to walk. It takes you back to a time long gone; the show inside is a nice historical piece. Open 8:30-5pm daily – Parking in the lot is $2 an hour – there is street parking, but at times it’s hard to find – 413 S 8th St, Springfield

The only home ever owned by Lincoln and surrounding neighborhood. Step back into the 1850s and see Springfield as Lincoln did.
