Beautiful day trip , stunning beach and headland, just down the road. Walk R around headland to find secret purple cave.

This is a family favourite... You can walk from Lake Tabourie (south) through the bushland all the way to Bawley Headland.. But on the way - you will run into Meroo Headland Campground or you can drive there which is only 3 minutes away south of Tabourie. If you walk down to the beach from the campground and around the rock face / headland you will find what we call "The Cove." It is absolutely beautiful and very shallow water for little kids...
