Peter Cat is not cat cafe. It named after cafe in the Japanese famous writer's book, Haruki. Owner makes great coffee and he always turn CD with great Audio. He has many CD and changed CD every time. It is Book cafe so there are many books. including book written in English. It is very good place for reading or relaxing. They open 11 am and closed at 11 pm.
