Located in the Interlake Plain portion of the Manitoba Lowlands Natural Region, the park is stretched along 2.5km of the south-east shore of Balsam Bay in Lake Winnipeg. The park protects various habitats for birds. Main attraction is the beach, which is backed by sand dunes. Great place to go for a walk, swim in the lake and enjoy the picnic area. Washrooms are in the park. Quiet, beautiful, white sands and the water is very clean. There is a food stand "Sandys Chipstand" great food and treats. Nude Beach- Located east of the provincial park. It's very chill, quiet, and you can enjoy without being bothered. It's a very non-judgmental space. 10 mins away

Beautiful sand and water, with less crowds than Grand Beach. For the free spirited, the North section is clothing optional.
