San Buenaventura State Beach encompasses two miles of pristine beach and sand dunes, great for swimming, surfing, barbeques, and picnics. The widest part of this beach is the section in front of the park at the main entrance. There is a paved pedestrian and bike path that heads north to the pier and all the way to Emma Wood State Beach, eight miles away making it a great bike ride.

Bask in the warm sun, jump in the waves, boogie board, rent a kayak, or take a walk along the pier. Surfers galore just north of the State beach.

Just a short walk away. Enjoy a morning stroll or sunset views at the waters edge.
