His beers were so good that home brewer Ronnie Price started Blue Earl brewing as a way to share his beer with the community. If you're willing to make the drive (it's only an hour away), it is most definitely worth it, and many times there is a Groupon available. The music scene is great -- a lot of solid blues, rock, and folk bands. While the location is a bit tough to find, there is plenty of parking. Be sure to try the Crazy Earl wings -- by far, the best chicken wings in the State of Delaware.

If you want to head up north about 23 miles, Blue Earl Brewery is a fabulous stop. They are currently building a kitchen!
