Puerto Madero is the newest and fanciest neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It's basically a combination of enormous towers, chic restaurants and big green areas, all of this next to the river. Among all the attractions that can be found, there are: The tallest tower in town (Alvear Tower, with 235 meters). Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur (big natural protected area along the river) Puente de la Mujer, one of the iconic places of Buenos Aires. A huge white bridge, built up trying to imitate a woman's leg dancing tango. Local advice: there is a floating museum called "Buque Museo fragata A.R.A. Presidente Sarmiento". Shows the inside parts of an antique Argentinian Military Ship.

PUERTO MADERO is the youngest and safest neighborhood of BA, has the highest sqm value in the city. The average price is 5500 usd per square meter. This neighborhood is located on the Río de la Plata and steps from downtown Buenos Aires, with easy vehicular and pedestrian access. It was founded on the old warehouses of English brick architecture of the old port customs It has become a Premium Residential area with a great gastronomic and cultural offer with beautiful pedestrian walks. It is to highlight the Fortabat Museum, the main headquarters of the Catholic University, the Hilton Hotel, the Alan Faena Hotel and the Woman's Bridge.
