Best described as gourmet street food. This is international inspired locally sourced slow cooked fast food, and probably some of the best you'll ever find coming out of a food truck.

Evergreens arrived at Aalesund’s growing foodtruck scene in 2018. It became an instant success which led to the opening of their additional bistro. Their tex mex menu is based on fresh local ingredients made after traditional recipes. Along with an array of homemade salsas you can’t og wrong with this one.
