Tips from locals
Uniquely situated in a historic church, Stauf's has arguably the best coffee in Columbus. Try the Moka Harrar.
Stauf's coffee is SO GOOD. If you are a coffee connoisseur then you should definitely check this place out. Grandview location - this was the original location and has the best coffee selection. Distance - 4.4 mi (1277 Grandview Ave) German Village Location - Get a cup of coffee here and then…
The rickety tables, the wonky chairs, and the ever-intoxicating smell of freshly-roasted coffee. Locals come here to catch up and study.
Great local coffee roaster! Starbucks is also nearby, but I also prefer locally-owned spots. And I may be biased, but the coffee's better too. :)
Stauff’s has a lot of cool flavored coffees and blends and is dog friendly, on the patio for sure but I think inside as well.

“The location of our first date (it was probably a bit excessive but we are a bit excessive)! Amazing little gem tucked away in German Village with a ton of character, charm and warm feelings. Make sure you order the ravioli - you won't forget it. ”

“The laid-back German Village is known for charming brick houses built by 19th-century immigrants along Beck, Mohawk, and Deshler streets. Shops selling books, traditional fudge, and handmade jewelry mingle with art galleries, German pubs, American bistros, and artisan coffee shops. In summer, the Actors’ Theatre Columbus stages outdoor Shakespeare and other plays in Schiller Park with its fountains and flower beds.”
