On Saturday this place hosts the BIG RVA MARKET. A farmer's market that spans the park with local fare. If you're in town it's a great way to see the farmers who surround our city for local food, snacks, flowers, and gifts.

(.8 miles, 15 min walk) - A huge and peaceful park in Richmond. There is also a farmer’s market on Saturdays. It makes for a great little evening stroll through the neighborhood.

Bryan Park, located on the city's Northside, is another of Richmond's historic parks. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the park was the site of a planned slavery insurrection known as Gabriel's Rebellion. The park also offers a disc golf course and is home to many festivals and events.
