When you get off the tube at Leyton station, walk across the pedestrian crossing and down the steps to the Mills Superstore area. There is an enormous ASDA, Local BIG supermarket and cheap. You can get all the food you need there. You can also buy clothes and anything else you might need including all kitchen wares etc. Not that you will need them in our flat.

It is really close and big super market, also Mon to Fri 24 Hours open, Saturday untill 10pm, Sunday until 5pm.

Reasonable prices and open 24/7 lots of food for bigger shopping trips and they sell basic clothing and underwear as well as household items.

Very large and good value supermarket. It's best to go in the week from 9 to 5 as it gets a bit busy other times. Open 24 hours Monday to Friday. Saturday open until 10pm and Sunday open 11am to 5pm.
