Located a 35 minute drive from the Laurels, this lovely rescue centre is well worth a visit to see the incredible work the staff do to rehabilitate sick and injured seals. If you are lucky, you might even get to see some of the seals being released back to the sea. Next door to the rescue centre is Active Tribe, Courtown's swimming pool and outdoor activity centre.

Visits can be booked in advance to see the seals and help feed them, great trip for kids and adults alike.

We're very lucky to have this centre so close by, approximately 20 minutes drive in the seaside village of Courtown.
