Tips from locals
Outdoor "museum" made up of actual stones from Ireland, honoring the Irish famine. It's right next to the World Trade Center Memorial, too. Nice views at sunset.
This is a tiny piece of Ireland, placed precariously on the edge of Manhattan. It's impressive, emotional and beautiful, and commemorates not just those who died in the Irish famine, but in famines throughout history around the world.
Dedicated to the many that suffered from famine in Ireland. Beautiful and surprising to see in the middle of nyc. must see!
