Porto Ercole

Porto Ercole is on the coast, about an hour and a half from the villa. It's a small harbour, still quite traditional, but the real draw is the stupendous panoramic drive from the port around the peninsula. On a dirt road and a bit hair-raising, but breathtaking views.

Closest village, with excellent restaurants and boat hire opportunity

Very cosy and romantic town by the sea, romantic walking with ice cream,pizza and restaurants.
