Local yoga studio. First yoga class is FREE! GO. I teach there sometimes and it's a gorgeous studio. If you want to dance they have 5 rhythms on Sundays at 10:30am. Great vinyasa with Crystal right before at 9am, a donation class, so you can do double duty.

Power Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, the Core, Sweat Your Prayers, Soul Flow are all available on a Drop-In basis -- $10 per class. Periodically, Monks of the Pacific Heritage lead meditation (donation)

Get your yoga fix here. Nice selection of classes, even a few fitness classes (try Chaz Shand’s T3 for a mix of cardio, strength and yoga; or a core class.)
