Love Apple Farm (the place you're staying) was the exclusive farm for this three-Michelin-starred restaurant for 11 years. Note the highest number of stars a restaurant can get is three (unlike all the movies you may see talking about four and five stars).

Do you have $700 and three hours to spare? 3 Michelin stars generally require advance planning but you can always pop in for a drink and see how the other half lives. Dress appropriately. Los Gatos is a 10 minute drive down the freeway, there are loads of other restaurants to accommodate more plebian budgets too.

Because once in your life, you deserve to try 3 Michelin stars luxury. It can't be faulted, it is superb and something you won't do every year. their are a few 3 stars in the Bay Area, this is the closest.
