Surrounded by murals and brew tanks, you can try 10 different tap beers from our signature American Pale Ale—we’re American-owned after all—to seasonal sours, plus additional styles in bottles and growlers. Food trucks roll up Thursday to Sunday, providing fuel in the form of Italian pizza pockets, Brazilian barbecue rolls, or vegetarian food. Email in advance to book a Saturday brewery tour with head brewer Chris Sidwa to learn the secrets behind our staple pales, lagers, sours, and one-off experiments like the blueberry wheat. Over the course of the tour, you’ll also get a sneak peek of the dozen or so beers fermenting in the tanks.
