There are many highly regarded airboat rides around, but this is one we've been on so we can vouch for it. The captains are very knowledgeable and can point out alligators, snails, birds, plants, etc.

Onsite they have panning for precious minerals, photo ops, live baby gators, and an interactive first nations display. There is an adjacent park with a picnic shelter so pack a lunch and come enjoy the day. Also a small restaurant and gift shop on site.
