Easy walking distance. Best clam chowder. BIG portions. Cheap $5 breakfast. Kid friendly. Bar next door (haven't been). Busy, but usually not a wait. No windows/view, but cozy coastal atmosphere.

This is a hidden gem for a breakfast joint. Low cost breakfast special, small dining room, large Texas toast bread. Good parking lot.
