We can have authentic Chinese food and it is located on University Boulevard right across from Costco. The menu choices are vast and encompass Chinese, Japanese and Singaporean regular and special dishes. Nigiri and maki shushi are available; there are “heart-healthy” selections and a variety of hot and spicy dishes.

If you want *real* (authentic) Chinese dishes, choose this. They have two menus, one that is oxtail, duck, flounder, pig intestines, etc., things that are very authentic -- and not very palatable to the typical American palate, for which the other menu is designed, sweet & sour pork, General Tso's, Kung Pao chicken, etc., ... We like it. We are not sushi lovers so can't speak to that (but if we were... we would go to a Japanese restaurant for that...). Too far for delivery, unfortunately.
