Iyo is the only sushi restaurant in Italy (which, as you may have guessed, is a specialty of the city) with a Michelin star. Eating here, however, is an experience that goes far beyond cooking. You will be surrounded by an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, bewitched by the descriptions of the dishes, instructed by the beauty of the room. One MICHELIN Star: Using top quality ingredients, dishes with distinct flavours are carefully prepared to a consistently high standard. Despite the new Michelin star, the account over the past few years has remained stable, and this is certainly appreciable: it keeps under one hundred euros.
