Cross the street, and use the beach access to your right, between the buildings. You'll be at Sail Bay Beach in 2 minutes! There you can walk, run, cycle, or play volleyball. Picnic areas are close-by.

Sail Bay is pretty scenic bay and more of a local spot. During the day it’s a great place to kayak, ride a bike, take a walk, paddle board or just soak in the sun and scenery. The board walk is a lot less busy than Mission’s Beach boardwalk and very minimal wake in case someone in the group doesn’t…

Beautiful, peaceful bay. Good for biking, sailing, jet skying, sun bathing, scenic walks, etc.

The Quiet side of the bay where motor boats are limited to 5mph between 6am and 6pm, most daylight hours are spent on this bay with sail boats and other non motarized water craft such as paddleboards and kayaks. Beautiful calm and peaceful relaxation spot. Miles of Boardwalk, sandy beach and calm…

Very nice for walking with views of the bay, sailboats, stop at the Catamaran for a drink or rent bikes to cruise the area

“This outdoor restaurant and bar is located next to the water on Mission Bay. It's located at Paradise Point Resort on an island in the bay. It's an easy to drive to and worth it for the views of the bay. You can also sail here if you are sailing on the bay, or you can rent a sailboat right here at the docks next to the Barefoot Bar. $$”

“Weekdays 10:30pm-close (usually between 12:30am-2am) also a “normal” HH from 6-8pm as well. 2 for 1 drink specials although I prefer to just share a mega margarita! 1/2 price wine bottles on Wednesdays! Get some Queso and I love the Mushroom & Brie Burger! Just a note... No alcohol on the patio after dark bc of the city noise ordinance. ”
