Skakavac is a waterfall located 12 km from Sarajevo. Its height is about 98 m In 2002, Skakavac waterfall with its surroundings is declared by Sarajevo Canton as monument of nature The name Skakavac means grasshopper in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
It's a big waterfall with the beautiful natural surrounding You can't get trough all the way with your car but the walking and hiking trail are beautiful .
