Easily walkable. A nice grocery store that has grown on me, basic necessities, and actually a very nice butcher shop, bargain wines. It is the Yin to Integral Yoga's yang.

Generally pretty cheap and nearby. You can walk here. Limited selection of goods but kind people and a local, non-corporate, grocer.

This little market is a local favorite of mine -- a perfect size, they have all the staples, friendly employees, and the best-hidden butcher shop in town with incredible prices! (It's a well-known secret that many of the best restaurants in town get their meat from Reid's.)

Good nearby grocery store. It's small, but has the best meat department in town and pretty much anything you need.
