The Chesapeake Exploration Center is located on the Kent Narrows waterfront. The Exploration Center houses the Queen Anne’s County Office of Tourism and features interpretive displays about the Chesapeake Bay. It’s also a good place to pick up pamphlets and brochures for area attractions.

CBEC is a destination for environmental education and recreation in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Go hiking, birding, or kayaking. 510 acres preserve, explore the natural history of the Eastern Shore and local conservation efforts while hiking scenic trails, birdwatching and kayaking/canoeing.
