Visit Towneley Hall, set in some beautiful parkland, visit the café and take the children to the park. A great day out.

Townley Park is about 20 minutes ride away. Lovely parkland and woodland. Normally, (pre pandemic) there's a lovely cafe and the park hosts special events such as a bonfire and fireworks display. There's also a lovely garden centre and cafe too with a covered outdoor part to sit with your dog. Worth a visit!

10 minutes drive over Deere Play Hill and you are at Townely Park with its many walks, children’s activities and fascinating Hall steeped in history.

stunning countryhouse and park with acres of woodland excellent kids and adventure playground. 10 minutes drive from The Hargreaves Arms. Townley Park also has a delightful garden centre and cafe.
