Another must for a gastronomic apulian tour is "Panzerotti". Don't miss the ones of EL FOCACCIARO (via Cognetti, 43) Among brioche bread, mini croquettes of potatoes, arancini and focaccia, I recommend panzerotti with meat and onion!

One of the greatest panificio in Bari. Go there and ask for a slice of PAN BRIOCHE, FOCACCIA, MINI PANZEROTTI (all tastes!). Take as a takeaway and go to the seaside to enjoy your meal!
