This is probably number one recommendation of all museum in Stockholm. Its so cool that this ship is 400 years old.

At the Vasa Museum you will find the old ship that was built for the Swedish king Gustav Vasa. It only made it about 2 kilometers/1 mile on water before it sank. 333 years later it was found and was towed to this museum. There is also a restaurant.
