Set on a hill, with a facade lined with bright stone, facing the harbor, the Governor's Palace stands out in the image of the city. Built in the late 19th century, this palace witnessed historical turmoil in the city until the end of World War II. From then until today, it houses the Maritime and Historical Museum, and the building is a protected cultural monument
