Tips from locals
A great place to watch Liverpool Premiere League games. Too bad it only opens at 11am for some of the really early games.
The Wheat Sheaf Tavern brags to be the oldest bar. On Sunday through Tuesday they have half priced chicken wings in the evenings - the best you can get in the city. They fill up fast.
One of the oldest bars in the city. Cheap and cheery with a wraparound patio overlooking both Bathurst and King streets. 1/2 price wings Sunday to Tuesday. Go here to watch a sports game or after going to the SkyDome.
Toronto's Oldest Bar! Great place for watching the game! Can get busy for a Saturday night Leaf's game. Food isn't too good.
Open since 1849, the Wheat Sheaf is one of Toronto's oldest bars. I'm still not sure about that whole tunnel myth, but this is a great place to watch the game and have a few pints with friends. Take part in a piece of Toronto history.

“Classic diner eats - 100% recommend if you're looking for a classic brunch. Brunch is usually busy, so get there early. If you like brunch, you'll like everything on the menu. I've pretty much had everything on the menu...and it's a great hangover cure. ”
