Very local with good people watching outdoor space. This is a budget friendly choice for all. Breakfast and lunch or just drinks, smoothies, and snacks. Cheap and reasonable, best bargain in town.

Nolita is a charming little coffee bar and cafe located a few yards away from our apt. Right on Warren Street,featuring an outdoor terrace with umbrellas AND 2 indoor areas with WIFI. Yummy breakfast!
