Tips from locals
Stunning views. You must get in early as it closes to car traffic when full. Be very careful of currents and rip tides. I do not recommend for children.
Beautiful beach. Take a picnic and enjoy the day. No resources (bathroom, vendors, etc).
My favorite beach in Puerto Rico is Playuela. Secluded and not crowded. Check out the lighthouse and the Cabo Rojo Salt Flats!
Excellent for seight seeing. Locally know as "Playa Sucia" you can enjoy the great views from the Light House. A 15 minute drive from the property.

“If you are just looking for something a little different. You can catch a ferry for about $5 over to Isla de Ratones. It's a little island a short distance out. Has beautiful water for swimming and snorkeling.”
