At this small shop off a dirt road in the forest, the specialty is eel the owner caught and smoked himself. Ray has other smoked fish as well!

OMG. If you do one thing while you're in Hancock meet Ray Turner, buy smoked salmon and eel. And ask to see the emu. Watch out for the bears!
