Orpheus Brewing prepares yearly as well as seasonal brews. This brewery is situated in a low red building in front of Piedmont Park and is surrounded by natural greenery even in the midst of the city. From Thursday to Sunday, visitors can avail of tours, where you can view the silvery brewing equipment and learn about the entire brewing process in depth. Their brews are divided into series such as Sour Rotation with beers named Serpent Bite and Wandering, Saison Rotation with Calliope beer and the year-round Lyric Ale. Patrons can also learn more about the brewmaster's experiments while enjoying the brews with unique characteristics.

A definite afternoon/early evening stop for those who love beer and the outdoors. Located at the northern end of Piedmont park Orpheus is a true local brewery that has bloomed over the last few years specializing in sour beers (think Saison). We particularly like to go there and enjoy a tasting of all their varieties while overlooking the park and watching the sun set before heading out to dinner.
