Why locals recommend it
A popular place with city bikers, this small bar hasn’t changed a bit since the ’40s. It’s the perfect place for a stop when biking through the Gothic Quarter. You can bring your bike up to the bar, which faces the street, or lean it up against the door along with the other bikes that are sure to be there. I always stop here after a ride for anchovies, butifarra, tomato and onion salad, or olives with fried sardines. It’s a tradition.

Tips from locals
Authentic old tapas bar in the heart of Gothic District. The atmosphere is informal and quality/price is great. You can taste authentic Catalan tapas prepared freshly in front of you. You have also a good selection of wines.

Small bar very close from the flat, perfect for a beer during the day o nighttime. Very small menu, just a few tapas.
