Only open during the summer. Their food is delicious but they also have the most beautiful setting overlooking the Hunter River in New Glasgow, PEI. About 30-45 minutes away from Charlottetown. Walk around the beautiful gardens while you wait for your table!

The Preserve Company has something for everyone. The dining room is open for lunch and supper or a tea/coffee and delicious homemade dessert. There is a gift shop where you can purchase tea cups among other PEIi trinkets. The Gardens of Hope are a must-visit even if the restaurant and gift shop arent' for you.
