In 1 hour from the room, you’ll have your feet in the water and butt in the sand, and have had a nice walk! Park in field 5, walk on boardwalk to lighthouse. We turn right before the lighthouse and walk down blue path to beach. It used to be nude but now not so much but it is not crowded at all, no lifeguards. It’s wonderful

Beach! Field 5 is the popular one but there are other fields if you want to check them out. This one has a playground. Parking fees in the summertime at peak hours.

It is beautiful down by the ocean, whether it is in the quiet of the winter or the bustling summer with it's many beach goers and an array of colorful beach umbrellas. Field 5 is my favorite. Field 5 is where you can find the boardwalk to take to the Robert Moses Lighthouse. If you want to go further, during on season there is a pedicab that will take you to Kismet or Saltaire, east of the lighthouse. Come experience the small beach community where the roads are boardwalks the the speed limit is 10 mp.

The drive all the way through Ocena Pkway to Captree& onto Robt Moses Causeway S. to Robt Moses State Park is breathtaking. Beach's amazing &you can walk to the Lighthouse & on to Kismet, Fire Island
