España obtuvo en 1968 el templo de Debod, en agradecimiento por la ayuda prestada en el salvamento de Abu Simbel. Reconstruido y abierto al público desde 1972, el templo de Debod constituye uno de los pocos testimonios arquitectónicos egipcios que pueden verse completos fuera de Egipto.

Egyptian temple of the 2nd century BC that was donated by Egypt to Spain in gratitude for the help given to save the temples of Abu Simbel together with UNESCO in 1968. DO NOT MISS THE SUNSET!!
