This is my go-to lunch spot even though they don't take cards. Bring cash and get some awesome banh mi + spring rolls + bubble tea!

Fantastic Vietnamese sandwiches... Grilled meats, fresh pickled veggies on crusty French bread. So good. Also Spring rolls, noodle dishes, and outrageously good Vietnamese coffee! Yum!
