Great local pub with nice and friendly atmosphere, part of castle rock brewery offering but also has great guest craft beers as well as wines and spirits, cosy outdoor seating options and reasonably priced pub grub.

Great chilled out proper British pub with real ale and no fuss or nonsense. Food is fine if a bit slow ( hey, who's rushing!?) No slot machines, a nice outside area at the back and down the side - this is a must for a local feel and some Britishness. They serve crisps and peanuts too if the wait is too long for the food! Take a pack of cards and chill out. Dogs welcome
