The Woodbine Park is one street away. There are picnic tables,benches, barbeques, Basketball Court, kids swings and slides, shaded areas with trees. One can arrange with Parks and Recreations to reserve space for parties.

Woodbine Park was completely remodeled earlier this year and has really grown in popularity since. I would say It has become an extremely attractive local neighborhood park
