All the Surfside cafes (Rotherslade, Langland & Caswell) have great views and are on the coastal path.

Three cafes at Rotherslade, Langland and Caswell. Each welcome dogs and have wood burning stoves. Ciabatta, cappuccino and cuppa spring to mind.
